Aebelskiver

A delicious Danish dish that I got to learn to make when I married into this family!!! We love to have this on special occasions...or just on days when Ryan wakes up and says "I feel like having aebelskiver for breakfast today...:)" The kids love it...I mean what's not to love about dipping pancake like balls into jelly and sugar for breakfast???? It's pronounced (to the best of my knowledge and experience) "abelskeeva"
