The Wedding - Part "dos"

The wedding pics were taken at a nature preserve outside of Waukesha.  Very beautiful setting.  Since the pics were before the wedding Tamara did a "private unveiling" so that Brian could see her as a bride privately for a moment before chaos ensued.  Here are some pics of the portrait session...

Ryan led a few worship songs during the wedding ceremony (I played keys).  The next pictures are a few of the ceremony and a few during the reception...this is the end...I promise :)

Wedding Part 1

One of the main reasons we went to Wisconsin was to be a part of my (Rachel) baby sister's wedding.  The girls were all flowergirls and JJ was the ring "bear".  We did a lot of wedding preparations in the first week or so.  Making decorations, working on food preparation, and then decorating the church and setting everything up for the wedding.

The Rehearsal dinner was a lot of fun...Chipotle catered in which is always delicious...

The wedding rehearsal went well and the kids, especially the girls, all giggled and were so excited about this wedding.

The next bunch of pics are of the morning of the wedding.  Preparations and getting dressed, etc.  I am a total sucker for detail pics so I have included some that Tamara and Brian's very talented wedding photographer took.  Also I included a picture of my sister's hair since I believe she has the most beautiful hair of anyone on the planet.

Next up the Wedding Portraits, the Ceremony and the Reception...

Summertime Fun

We left Alaska wearing heavy sweatshirts and seeing large piles of snow still around and came to Wisconsin to find green grass, flowering trees and mild temperatures.  The kids wasted no time at all getting outside and playing.

We even had the opportunity to go to a Brewers Baseball game at the Brewer Stadium complete with a tailgate dinner before the game.  We had a great time but sadly left early due to how horribly the Brewers were playing... Isabella coming down with a high fever and feeling very badly.

Bella and Nat had an opportunity to visit the Milwaukee Zoo with Gramma and her class of students and we sent the camera along with them so they could document their trip and take pics of their favorite things.  It was fun to see how many great pictures they took.  Here are a few of them...
