First we started out with a picnic...pb and j sandwiches
then a fun train ride...
thanks Grandma for going along with us!
J's favorite
this is the only view the zebra would let us have
I had never seen a vulture at the zoo before
my personal favorite...giraffes
and the usual elephants
the goats were a huge hit! funny story...Bella wanted to
feed the goats and I caught her picking up
goat droppings and trying to feed them to the goats...hee hee
they had a working dairy which the girls enjoyed
In all we had a wonderful time! Very tired kids afterward. Next time we'll tackle the next section of the zoo!

Bella is my hero! Those same goats that she was trying to feed nannyberries to tried to eat Felicity. She was feeding them and one of them took her whole arm up to her shoulder into it's mouth. Felicity's arm got all red and rashy. Way to go Bella! You beat those goats at their own game:)
